Jackie and Tom Bell
Thank you for your interest in our school. My name is Jackie Bell and I, along with my husband, Tom, and our friend Randy Brown, partnered to open the Primrose School of Noblesville in October of 2008. I am the luckiest one of the group as I get to oversee operations at the school on a daily basis. I’m not sure which I love more; working with our staff, visiting with the parents or playing with the children. Tom and I have been interested in the education of children for many years. He has his B.S. in Physical Education and his Masters Degree in Special Education. Plus, he holds his Indiana School Administrator License. Tom is currently the Director of Special Education at Hamilton Southeastern Schools. My B.S. Degree is in Natural Resources; however, my experiences working with children have helped me to understand the importance of a quality education. Tom and I have had the pleasure of raising three wonderful children and during their younger years I found great enjoyment in finding activities that would help them prepare for the next milestone and reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. I also spent several years in the classroom as a substitute teacher in the Noblesville school system. I found it very rewarding. It gave me the opportunity to be in many different classrooms and experience many different teaching styles. The knowledge and understanding of classroom management that I obtained while substituting has come in very useful while operating our school. Together, Tom and I have over 25 years experience in educating children and when we came across Primrose Schools, we knew we had found a perfect fit for us. The research based Balanced Learning approach used by Primrose goes right along with our belief that children need to be nurtured not only cognitively but also socially, emotionally and physically. Our goal is to help children reach their full potential in all of the learning domains and to become well rounded individuals.
