CRJ Learning Group
CRJ Learning Group is the formal name for our Ownership Group. CRJ Learning Group owns the Primrose School of Mason and other sister schools in the Cincinnati area.
Candice Peace, Ruthann Brown, and Jennifer McCormick are the founders of CRJ Learning Group and each of them represents an initial in the name of the company.
Candy and Ruthann came to Primrose as a mother and daughter ownership team in 2015 when they purchased the Primrose School of Mason. Candy has always been an off-site owner as she is a tax attorney and accountant for a firm in the Dayton area. Ruthann has a background in education and before becoming a Primrose Owner she was a first grade teacher at a public school in the Greater Cincinnati area. It was during the transfer of ownership that Candy and Ruthann met Jenny. At the time, Jenny was the Director of the Primrose School of Mason. Jenny started her career with Primrose in 1999 at the Primrose School of Symmes as an Infant teacher. She has been a Teacher, Assistant Director, Director, Area Director, and was asked to join the ownership group we now call CRJ Learning Group.
All three women have strengths that differ greatly from one another, but they share a common mindset and belief system. They believe that doing the right thing for staff, students, and the community always has positive returns in both business and personal health.
