I can't say enough about primrose. First Kathy the owner is amazing. My husband lost his job but he couldn't have the kids all the time because he needed to interview. She worked with us and made a stressful time so much easier. Also her staff is amazing. My son Parker has huge separation issues. Miss Drea and Miss Seto have been amazing. They understand his needs and make him feel loved. I have been to othe day cares and I can truly say the staff at primrose love their jobs. I looked at other schools in the area and as soon as I saw primrose I knew. I'm so blessed we are there. The primrose staff is an extension of our family. They treat our kids like their own. On more the one occasion my son Tyler -3 has pouted because he wants to go to school on the weekends. Both boys love primrose. As parents it's hard to leave you babies. But having Kathy and her staff in our life I don't worry and I know the boys are in the best care and having a blast.
Our family has been fortunate enough to have all three of our kids attend Primrose over the past 6 years. We have absolutely loved our experience. The teachers are amazing and have become an amazing part of our kids lives. Our older kids still love coming in to see their old teachers and are always greeted with huge hugs! The teachers at this school are just simply the best.
My son started at Primrose East Lake when he was ~4 months old and just transitioned to the Early Preschool room. Our experience at Primrose has been wonderful. The teachers in the infant room are so caring and took such wonderful care of Baylen. They were also so helpful when it was time for transitions like starting with solid foods, starting to use a sippy cup, etc. Baylen loved the young toddler room and we were constantly amazed at how much he learned every day. The sign language curriculum is one of the best things at Primrose - Baylen can communicate so many things to us since he learned this long before he was able to verbalize. I can't say enough about the wonderful teachers that spend so much effort making sure the kids are well taken care of and constantly teaching them so many things. We are so very happy with our experience at Primrose.
We started at Primrose when our daughter was 18 months old. My husband & I looked at several schools and struggled with the thought of settling. We wanted a school that offered differentiated instruction in order to meet all the student's academic needs and teachers who truly love what they do. As soon as we completed our tour at Primrose, we knew this was the place we would find those things and trust to educate our daughter. 3 years later, our daughter is in the private pre-school and our baby boy is in the infant room. We are so thankful for this place. We love Primrose!
My older daughter has been at Primrose since a year old (I was fortunate to have my parents keep her until then) and my infant daughter has been enrolled since 3 months. I have thoroughly enjoyed their time at Primrose, from being involved in activities there to getting to know the loving teachers. I have never once worried about their care, which is important for a working mother. We started pre-k there this year and I have loved seeing her graduate to this milestone and experience all the different emphases/curriculum with Ms. Carter. It's the perfect combination of new education while still being the secure Primrose environment to which we are accustomed. I have also been very impressed with the Explorers program, which is focused on themes and learning much of the time rather than just after-school babysitting or daycare. Ms. Nia, Ms. Hutchins, Ms. Shari, Ms. Carter and Ms. Kesha have all been vital to my oldest daughter's time there.
