Tiffany and Josh McLeod

Hello. We are Tiffany and Josh McLeod and the proud owners of Primrose School of East Allen.

Tiffany is a native of Chicago, Illinois and graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. After college, she began her first career as a practicing mechanical engineer. She transitioned to her second career, as a stay-at-home mother, in 1999. During that time, she earned her professional Engineer-In-Training certification to prepare her for re-entry into the workforce. Tiffany’s third career began when she joined a local municipality and was introduced to city planning and development. With this passion sparked, she became a practicing planner and earned both a Master’s in City and Regional Planning and professional certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Josh was born in Northern California and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He graduated with a BS in Psychology and entered the U.S. Marine Corps as a 2nd Lieutenant officer after graduation. He served as an active duty officer for eight years and earned an Executive MBA during that time. In 2004, Josh began his civilian career. Since entering the corporate sector, he has had several executive roles that have allowed him to fulfill his passion for business and leadership.

Our Primrose story began in 1999 when Josh was an officer and Tiffany worked as an engineer. That was the year we became parents. When our first daughter was born, we made the decision that Tiffany would become a stay-at-home mother. We wanted to ensure that our daughter would be safe and loved. As our daughter got older and our second daughter was born, Tiffany remained at home to not only ensure both girls were safe and loved but to instill a love of learning early in their lives.

Years later we moved to our current home and our daughters entered elementary school. We became good friends with our neighbors – who were beginning their adventure of owning and operating a Primrose School. Through them, we were introduced to Primrose School’s Balanced Learning Approach and leading philosophy regarding early education and care. We quickly realized that Primrose Schools provided the elements that were important to us when our daughters were young – nurturance, education, and safety.

We are thrilled to have the opportunity, today, to provide this wonderful environment to families in the Allen, Lucas, and Fairview communities. We look forward to meeting you and your family.

Our family would love to meet yours.
