Franchise Owner
Joe and Christine Kepley
Meet Joe and Chrissy Kepley, proud Franchise Owners of the Primrose School of Broadview Heights. As parents to two children and longtime residents of the Cleveland area, they are thrilled to bring the Primrose Experience® of premier early childhood education and care to families in the Brecksville and Broadview Heights communities.
The Kepleys first discovered Primrose Schools while searching for child care for their daughters. It was difficult for them to find a healthy, safe and loving environment that also provided a high-quality education experience. After touring a Primrose school and learning more about Primrose’s approach to child care, the Kepleys knew they had found what they were looking for.
“When we found Primrose Schools, we were immediately drawn to the quality of care and the community created by the school,” said Chrissy. “We loved that the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach helps children grow academically, physically, socially and emotionally. Every aspect is designed intentionally, from the curriculum that combines purposeful play with nurturing guidance to the Balanced Menu that helps children develop lifelong healthy habits.”
Both Joe and Chrissy are excited to serve local families by opening their Primrose school. Joe grew up in nearby Bath, Ohio, and attended the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Chrissy attended the University of Michigan and Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine, and completed her dental residency at Northwestern University. Joe and Chrissy met in a coffee shop, and after they married and Chrissy started her own dental practice, the couple knew they would someday embark on owning a business together.
At the Primrose School of Broadview Heights, Joe will manage the day-to-day operations of the school, and Chrissy looks forward to coordinating community engagement events and organizing school events for the children and their families. The Kepleys will also continue to be involved in the Brecksville and Broadview Heights communities. They are involved members of their children’s parent and school organizations, while Chrissy is an active member of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Preschool Mothers’ Club.
Their daughters now Primrose graduates, were the first students enrolled in the after-school Explorer Program at Primrose School of Broadview Heights and will spend many of their summer breaks in the Summer Adventure Club.
“We discovered Primrose while looking for care for our own children, and I immediately knew it was the perfect fit,” said Joe. “We are so excited to ease the strain on working parents, and we are committed to building a strong sense of community around our school to support our students and their families.”
