Primrose School of Braselton

The Primrose School of Braselton is independently owned and operated by Jenifer and John McKnight. The McKnights have been Primrose owners for nearly 24 years, previously owning both the Primrose Schools of Buford and Gainesville. They were also Primrose parents long before they became school owners. Their two children together, Sean and Caitlin, both grew up in Primrose Schools. Before their long Primrose career, John enjoyed a successful career as a Broadcast Journalist and Anchor for both WSB and WGNX TV in Atlanta where he received numerous journalism awards including Emmy’s and AP awards. Jenifer is a graduate of Georgia State University and previously worked at WGNX as a writer, producer, and reporter. John also has two older boys and three grandchildren. During their Primrose career, John has served as the Co-op representative for the Atlanta area schools and even helped to create it. Jenifer has twice served as the Chairperson of the Primrose Advisory Council, representing all Primrose Schools across the country. The McKnights have been selected as recipients of the Primrose President’s Award by Primrose Schools Franchising Company. This high honor is awarded for the outstanding reputation of their school, their commitment to the franchise organization, and to the communities they serve. The McKnights and the Primrose School of Braselton have also been selected as an On-Site Training School for new franchisees. The McKnights are thrilled to bring Primrose Excellence to our community, offering the only Cognia accredited preschool in the city of Braselton.
