Mark Worsham and Erin Allen

“Mark is a Co-Owner at the Primrose School of Bedford. He grew up in DFW and currently resides in Fort Worth. Mark graduated from Westminster College with B.A.’s in Spanish and international business and also holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Texas Christian University. He began consulting in the childcare space in 2017 and now serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Konrad Group (the former owner of Primrose at Bedford). Recently, Mark’s two children attended the Primrose School at Bedford where he became accustomed to the staff, management and operations of the school. As a Primrose parent, he recognizes the importance of surpassing the highest of standards in early education. He has become an advocate of quality childcare and is committed to the growth and safety of students, staff, and families.”

“My name is Erin Allen and I’m the Executive Director and Co-Owner of the Primrose School of Bedford.  My journey at Primrose School of Bedford began in June of 2000.  As a young mom with a love for children and desire to obtain a position in the early childhood education field, I found myself at Primrose.  It was the perfect fit for my son and myself.  I started out as an assistant teacher in the Preschool classroom then over the next several years I worked in nearly every classroom and was even the Kitchen Manager.  Eventually I joined the Leadership team and worked my way up to my current position.

My passion for working with children and building relationships with families and staff members has grown tremendously during my time at Primrose.  I love meeting new families and staff members.  Being that place where children, families and staff members feel safe, warm and welcome, is incredibly important to me.  When you walk through our front door, you should immediately feel “at home.”

My husband and I, Kevin Allen, are originally from California and while we do miss the beautiful state of California, we love living in Texas.  We have three children, Cody, Taylor, and Austin, who all attended Primrose from Infants through Explorers.  In our spare time we enjoy traveling, cooking, bowling, and most importantly, spending time with our family.”

Our family would love to meet yours.
